Privacy Policy

When you contact Calgary Wood Works or request a custom quote, we collect the information you choose to provide through our forms. This may include your name, email address, phone number, location, project details, furniture specifications, notes, and any photos or files you attach to a quote request.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare and discuss custom furniture quotes, communicate about your project, and provide customer service. We do not use form information for purposes unrelated to your request.

This website uses a consent banner to record your analytics preference. Your preference is stored in your browser so the site can remember your choice.

If you accept analytics cookies, the website loads Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure site use and conversion activity, including successful contact-form submissions and successful Design Your Table quote submissions. These measurements help Calgary Wood Works understand how visitors use the site and improve its services.

The site also uses consent-controlled measurement technology for website interaction analytics. The banner allows you to accept or decline analytics collection. Declining prevents consent-controlled analytics collection, while essential website functionality remains available.

Where enabled through the website’s existing measurement setup, conversion activity related to contact and quote submissions may be used to measure the performance of advertising or marketing efforts. We do not sell the personal information submitted through contact or quote forms.

We share information only as needed to operate this website and respond to your request, including with service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, analytics, and measurement. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

You may decline analytics in the cookie banner. To ask about the personal information you have submitted through this site, contact Calgary Wood Works using the contact details below.

For privacy questions, contact Calgary Wood Works at [email protected], call (587) 703-1113, or write to 502 42 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2G 4R8.

We may update this policy when the website or its information practices change. The updated date at the top of this page shows when this policy was last revised.
