Return & Remedy Policy

All custom-made and made-to-order furniture is final sale because each piece is built specifically to the customer’s selected dimensions, wood species, finish, design, and other specifications.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour or grain variation inherent to natural wood, or approved custom specifications.

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact Calgary Wood Works within 7 days of delivery and include photos and details of the issue.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, repair, rectify, replace, or otherwise resolve the defect or damage at no additional cost to you.
